- Seeking a Salesforce technical consultant with over five years of experience in Sales, Service and other Customer Cloud implementations.
- In addition, strong technical architecture and process mapping skills are essential.- Technical developer with hands on APEX Coding Knowledge in Salesforce / Force.com Platform.
- Strong technical and functional CRM / Call Center experience in planning, designing, administration and customization of Salesforce.com implementations for Enterprises.- Good exposure to AppExchange applications.
- Able to find appropriate applications, install and customize.- Has excellent knowledge about Change Management, Release Planning, Code Deployment and Roll Back Strategies- Writing scripts, scheduled jobs to automate processes and to monitor other jobs
Salesforce Technologies:
- Apex Language, Salesforce SFA, Salesforce CRM, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages / Components, Web Services, Workflow & Approvals, Case Management Automation and various APIs.
