Key responsibilities include:

• Building proofs-of-concept and functional prototypes
• Providing real-time feedback on the technical feasibility of designs
• Contributing to our web stack from static HTML, CSS, and Java script to our comprehensive technology platform interacting with a Ruby on Rails back end
• Creating and maintaining reusable JS/CSS libraries and components for use throughout our site

Skills & Requirements:

• We are looking for exceptional front end developers with experience in the following areas.
• The quantity of your experience is not nearly as important as the quality of it.
• Code samples and shipped products speak volumes to us.
• HTML5CSS2/3Amazing skills in JavaScript & AJAXjQuery
• Solid understanding of UX/UIJava script frameworks Optimization of browser renderingBe able to perfectly implement a Photoshop design
• Very good ability to structure html, CSS and JS in reusable components
• Attention to detailHave strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in building responsive design
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git
• Working knowledge of a Ruby on Rails web application
• Passion for high-end décor and interior design is a plus.
