Job Description
Bachelors degree a plus.
5-6 years of IT experience working with finance and/or accounting.
2-5 years experience developing/supporting Oracle Planning applications, including Essbase using one or more of the following BI tools in a data warehouse environment:
Experience with Oracle EPM 11.x required
Essbase ASO & BSO 11.x
ODI, LCM
SQL to build load rules and perform data validation/data analysis
Financial Reporting
Web-Analysis
Workspace, Shared Services experience a plus
OBIEE experience a plus
Interactive Reporting a plus
DRM experience a plus
Functional/Technical Knowledge
Must have combined knowledge of accounting or finance and information technology.
Must have experience implementing Hyperion Planning: creating and managing Planning applications, creating and maintaining web analysis, and developing business rules (HBR)
Demonstrated experience in automation of routine administrative and system processing using MaxL, Esscmd, Windows Batch Scripting or Unix Shell scripting.
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience creating OLAP cubes using Hyperion Essbase, both ASO and BSO and must demonstrate experience with development and enhancement of calculations scripts and outline member formulas of significant complexity
Experience with Oracle EPM 11.x required,
A strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts is a plus.
Experience writing T-SQL or PL-SQL skills a plus.
Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers
Excellent analytical and research skills
