Position Description:
- We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious and talented individuals to be at the center of clients planning and design of hospitality, high end residential, resort and mixed-use development projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.
- Working closely with a team, the Interior Architectural PM will help inform key strategic decisions on interior design projects.
- Tasks will include design, project management, and leadership in preparing and completing design studies, sketches, and construction drawings.
- Strong and versatile design skills are a must.
- This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for use in an interactive design team environment.
- An ability to work at a variety of project scales is fundamental.
- The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AutoCAD and Revit and proficient hand drawing and writing skills.
- Fluency in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and In-Design are required, as well as work experience applying these skills in an office setting.
- Additionally, successful candidates will have experience managing and coordinating the work of a consultant team; an interest in a wide range of building types and settings; and an understanding of all phases of a project, from conceptual design through construction.
- This position provides the opportunity for growth and advancement.
- 5 - 8 years work experience
- The successful candidate will have a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture or in a related field. environmental and client objectives.
