Qualification Standards (Necessary skills, degrees, certification required for core job function.) 3+ years email marketing experience 2+ years of advanced HTML and CSS development, specifically for use in emails Strong experience with template and graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite Strong track record in executing successful email marketing campaigns Experience in email database segmentation and understanding of database concepts Experience with ESPs Experience working with analytical tools and setup KPIs and measurement Ability to troubleshoot device, browser, email client issues Experience in performing A/B and multivariate testing for email campaigns · Must exhibit superior judgment and decision-making abilities Must possess excellent writing skills Hotel/hospitality experience is preferred Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and think creatively Must have strong customer service skills and problem resolution skills Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects Must have excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task Must be courteous, friendly and professional at all times through appearance, actions and dress Must have the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal (e.g., property associates, off-property sales channels) and external (e.g., existing and potential accounts/customers) stakeholders Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant subject
