- Minimum of 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in the software industryExperience designing and building automation framework in Ruby or Python (preferably).
- Working knowledge of one scripting languageFull Software Development Life Cycle experienceUnderstanding of relevant technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, TCP/IP, HTTP, XML, JSONCapable of working in a Linux/BSD environmentExcellent communication, organization and relationship management skillsOrganized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and decisiveAbility to execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changesJIRA, Selenium experience a plusResponsibilitiesDesign test plans, scenarios, scripts, and proceduresDevelop automated and manual unit, regression, and load tests and proceduresConduct historical analyses of test resultsWork effectively within a team of developers to improve and maintain platformsPerform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, databases, and code to determine breakdown sourceInteract with customer support and marketing teams to identify new features and potential bugsProvide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionalityProvide technical support during customer testing windowsCurrent project examples:Automate testing for all products and services as much as possible using development and scripting in various languagesAssure correct business logic for voting applications and products, and directly support the worlds largest live shows such as: The Voice, American Idol, Dancing with the StarsBe constantly involved in support of software usability and functionality of our Connect platform products for all clients.
