- Chicago, ILQualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology or related field or equivalent experience in the gases and welding supply industry 5+ years experience supervising, motivating and leading first-level supervisors and other employees preferably in a manufacturing environmentManufacturing of specialty gases including pure gases, gas blends, hydrocarbon blends and reactive gas blends, industrial cylinder gases and bulk atmospheric gasesComputer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook Training5-10 years experience in operations, sales or marketing with specialty gases preferred
