Lead Data Engineer

- We embrace open source technologies. We use Python, Django, AngularJS, MySQL, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark, Flask, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, Celery, CircleCI, Docker, Vagrant, Fabric, Ansible, AWS, and Slack. We do weekly engineering breakfasts to share technical ideas, monthly team dinners, quarterly hackathons, and many ad hoc team social events.
- 5+yrs. experience with the following databases: SQL,
- Hands-on experience with big data systems
- Experience with Cassandra, HBase, or similar data stores
- 5+yrs.experience with Python, and Django *
- Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery of data systems
- Data Analysis experience * Experience working with agile practices
- Passion towards quality engineering
- Bachelor\'s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
