Position Responsibilities â?¢ Establish an extensive knowledge of client HR system architecture relating to connectivity, corporate systems integration, and employee data flow across several corporate core systems â?¢ Configure multiple core HR systems to ensure corporate policy compliance and data integrity â?¢ Collaborates/liaises with HR, IT, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Training, Recruiting, and Finance support representatives regarding implementing HRIS related initiatives: new system features, existing system enhancements, process improvements, and deploy standardized reporting to support business requirements â?¢ Process and audit mass employee changes supporting HR processes: PTO accrual administration, benefits open enrollment, financial headcount reporting, employee engagement, performance management, government compliance training, government compliance reporting (EEO, AAP, and VETS), and annual merit changes â?¢ Responsible for continual maintenance of training and process documents of HRIS systems for all core HR system users â?¢ Develop and implement process improvements of core HRIS systems and data integration of related corporate systems and processes â?¢ Manage system vendor conversions of employee data for all related HR systems â?¢ Scrub and format employee data files to integrate into standard corporate core HR systems and processes (core HR, applicant tracking, learning management, PTO, benefits system configuration, and performance management) â?¢ Test periodic system enhancement releases/patches for core HRIS systems, primarily Oracle HR (11i) and Ultipro â?¢ Design and test system data feeds to vendors and custom reporting requirements â?¢ Develops a battery of custom audit reports to routinely validate core HR systems are configured according to corporate policies â?¢ Design custom queries that audit employee data and HR processes to ensure data integrity â?¢ Develop corporate HR analytical and metric reports for related HR disciplines; headcount, turnover, compensation, equity, benefits, recruitment, training, etc â?¢ Provide secondary support of HR core system security across multiple systems (Business Process Owner â?? BPO of core employee data) Job Requirements Education, Knowledge & Skills â?¢ Bachelor degree in human resources, information systems or technology, or business administration â?¢ Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience supporting HR, Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Recruitment, Learning Management, Time Accrual, and Payroll systems and processes â?¢ Knowledge of US government compliance reporting (AAP, EEO, FLSA, DOL), benefit plan system configuration, applicant tracking, performance management, market pricing, time accrual, and learning management systems â?¢ Intermediate knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word version 2007. Knowledge of Visio and MS Project Manager is a plus â?¢ Strong knowledge of data management, project management methodology, process documentation, exposure to relational databases, and the system change management life cycle â?¢ Professional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills â?¢ Requires leadership, initiative, analytic, investigative and attention to detail skills â?¢ Strong time management skills; an ability to plan and conduct multiple projects and manage several priorities simultaneously
