• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, including XBRL rules and regulationsExperience with financial statement preparation and related analysis, including consolidationExperience and understanding of Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management and Smartview a plusGood business sense and an understanding of manufacturing operationsAbility to assess the impact of new and pending U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting pronouncementsSound computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage, coach and train staff and review staff work.
