Principal SAP Configuration Analyst Responsibilities:
Validate the SAP fit to business requirements by identifying workarounds and business process changes, if necessary
Configure SAP to meet business needs the SAP Finance modules (SAP Finance/Control (FI/CO))
Provides functional support related to standard costing methodologies, processes and execution
Analyzes and develops custom queries and reports in support of diagnostic exploration of business or system issues
Shares responsibility with team members for 24-hour on-call problem resolution.
Principal SAP Configuration Analyst Required Experience:
In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance/Control (FI/CO)
7+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Programmer/Analyst utilizing and configuring SAP.
History must include experience in the set-up and support of FI/CO.
Technical knowledge of Fi/CO touch-points between SAP functional modules.
Experience in the design, configuration and support of the applicable SAP modules.
In-depth knowledge of ASAP Methodology.
Experience with Sales & Distribution (SD) desired.
Writing functional requirements and associated test cases.
Developing and supporting solutions in support of SOX/JSOX.
Experience leading small to medium size projects.
