Role: Ecommerce Project Manager Location: Philadelphia, PA Managing projects from inception to completion leveraging AGILE or waterfall methodologies. Leading people and teams to accomplish project goals through mentoring, guiding, and motivating. Developing detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedule creation, effort and resource planning. Scoping and estimating various phases of project lifecycle work during both business development and project execution. Communicating, clearly and articulately, project constraints, risks, and plans to all levels of audiences Facilitating resolution of risks and issues, including escalation and presentation of resolution options to stakeholders. Maintaining meticulous time records against specific project management tasks. Being persistent and professional in pursuit of all project deliverables and documentation. Representing and supporting PM policies, procedures, and best practices to various projects and key business stakeholders. Proactively communicating with all stake holders regarding project management status and deliverables. Building and managing relationships with business stakeholders at the corporate and operating company levels. Required Skills Required: Demonstrated ability presenting to small work groups on both technical and functional requirements. Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously. Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and product management team Comfortable challenging peers in a healthy, constructive way Preferred: Familiarity with wholesale distribution/B2B customer relationships or related experience Experience in delivering projects and operational enhancements in B2B eCommerce â?¢ Required Experience Required Five (5) years of experience in project management related to technology solutions. Three (3) years of experience managing projects within an AGILE framework. Certified Scrum Master is preferred. Experience with coordination of resources in an on-shore/off-shore development team model Bachelorâ??s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), related field or comparable experience Preferred Current or expired Project Management Certification, related field, or three years (3) experience within a structured waterfall methodology Six Sigma, LEAN, ITIL, CMMI or other project, quality, or operational certifications
