- Detroit, MIMinimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, business or related fieldMinimum five (5) years related experience (Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work)Possess the highest integrity and ethical standardsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Word, PowerPoint and AccessStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in writing queries to extract information from databases manipulating results to perform analysesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, produce high quality deliverables within assigned deadlinesAbility to actively participate in developing innovative solutions and teamworkSuperior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff Possess the highest integrity and ethical standardsPossess strong initiative and self-motivation
