Looking for processoriented leader that thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment who will beresponsible to lead the main team within Clients primary DistributionCenter to process orders and complete shipments to both wholesale and retailcustomers.

Major Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Leading a group of supervisors directly with a total base team of 300 plus associates
• Assessing and training supervisors and associates in picking, packing and the pack/hold process including the weighing and manifesting of outbound orders
• Assessing performance and providing feedback to supervisors
• Conduct dock and pack/hold inspections to ensure shipment accuracy
• Determine resource requirements based on shipping volume
• Developing a schedule and priorities for picking goods
• Understanding and providing leadership support for safety and security within the DC
• Supervising and monitoring the execution of picking and packing of orders
• Setting priorities for pack and hold and staging outbound orders for shipping
• Coordinating Distribution priorities with the Receiving manager and Routing manager
• Establishing metrics and setting up and communicating shipping and through put performance.

Requirements:

• Previouswarehouse management is required; prefer 10 years experience with 5 years as amanager.
  
• Knowledge and experience working on Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System, WM or PkMS, or equivalent
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
