EDI Developer Loc: Phoenix,AZ Overview: Position Responsibilities: Create a personal and professional relationship with business units to determine how EDI can assist in reducing cost or increasing revenue. Through consistent verbal contact, actively seek to understand each customers requirements, procedures, goals and how it relates to the over all business Develops applications for various business units that reduce man hours, increase accuracy, increase cash flow or increases customer satisfaction. Setup and/or modify trading partners and trading partner relationships Develop new business process to support automation Works with EDI Development staff to provide break fix analysis on existing processes. Assist in training of new EDI Development and Support Staff. Review EDI emails to ensure proper routing in requests and resolution Troubleshoot reported errors and provide documentation / feedback Assist in development of applications Position Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields College graduate or 1-5 years of experience in transportation industry Must be able to work some weekends on a rotation basis Demonstrated track record of achievement and success Desires a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Competitive and driven to be successful
