Title: Project Manager Duration: 3 to 6 months (possible extensions) Mason, OH Must work onsite in Mason, OH *****Please provide examples of candidate\'s project plans that they\'ve managed in the past is possible. ROLE AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for structuring and overseeing roll-out of a change program comprised of a portfolio of initiatives. PSM will partner with functional and field leads to define and scope initiatives, track them, manage risks and interdependencies, and report on progress against milestones. Scope includes: An assessment and selection of a recruiting system, and collaboration with vendor to implement A setup of a prospect database Training of field users on the system Development of metrics and tools to track efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting processes and team Creation of a dashboard for managing the overall change program PSM will be accountable for overall program delivery by keeping project sponsors and stakeholders aware of project status, ensuring successful closure and completion of all project aspects, working with the business to ensure successful implementation and achievement of benefits/value committed to internal customers. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS The role requires experience in project management, analytics and technology systems, as well as a collaborative mindset to work with a diverse group of stakeholders. Specifically: Proven skills in project management and information technology, effectively managing an aggregate of small and large projects in a cross-functional environment Strong communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications, persuasion and influencing using business terminology Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain client relationships Ability to manage shared resource pools across multiple, concurrent project work streams Experience with assessing technology solutions, selecting vendors and overseeing light system implementation Skilled in structuring and performing quantitative analysis to create performance dashboards for managing team and reporting to internal customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Independence, self-motivation, strong sense of ownership and accountability
