Loc: Marina Del Rey, CA
This position will report to the Vice President of eCommerce.
Responsibilities
Manage, analyze, and improve performance of marketing channels via email, SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media, and other web-based marketing programs.
Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that expand market awareness and drive overall revenue growth.
Develop social media calendar and content for all social media sites
Develop and execute site marketing and production calendar
Manage, maintain, and launch web promotions.
Responsible for reporting e-commerce KPI data and working with cross functional business unit leaders in recommending changes to increase visitors, improve conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance using cohesive marketing tactics to drive customer engagement and conversions
Oversee online store platform, including feature functionality, user experience, landing page optimization, effective online merchandising of products, promotions, and site refreshes
Manage web operations and projects
Project manage and coordinate ecommerce projects with internal teams
Brainstorm new ideas and regularly conduct competitive analysis
Evaluate trends and makes appropriate recommendations to cross functional teams to keep site maximized at all times
Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree,
MBA preferred
3-5 years experience working on an e-commerce website
Expertise in using site analytics (Google analytics and Omniture) and sales data to drive decision making and to validate success of key site changes/enhancements
Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
Keen attention to detail and sense of curiosity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Skills:
