Essential Duties, Responsibilities, And Key Results Area Envision, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics and the required finance processes ensuring cost effective long and short term trade-offs such as manual versus automated processes and technology investments. Facilitate reengineering processes, modifications to organizational roles and responsibilities, and replacing legacy technologies as appropriate. Manage success of finance resources responsible for implementation of global, regional and local data quality efforts for customer, consumer, vendor, product, financial, asset and location master data files. Provide program management including: Drive finance improvements by identifying the opportunities, defining requirements, build the business case, and design the process and technology solutions to achieve the needed results. Communicate requirements to employees, ensuring critical functionality is identified and prioritized across the organization. Keep management informed on program objectives and progress. Ensure communication through the use of standard tools and reporting rhythm including gaps, open items, status and critical upcoming decisions/events. Own the formal stage gate reporting process including preparation, attendees, agenda (Kick-off, Set-up, Localization, Go-Live and Close). Keep management informed and assure adoption and buy-in of all processes and systems across the company. Act as end-user advocate and ensure balanced decisions are made that consider return on investment, risk mitigation, data integrity, employee satisfaction, and sustainability. Lead and/or assist a cross-functional team of dedicated and part-time resources within the organization.
