Oracle HCM FunctionalOne of our best clients has an immediate need for an Lead Oracle HCMdesigner. The successful candidate will be the top functional resource designing and implementing solutions to solve critical and complex business problems through standard EBS HCM applications and technology; this role will be an integral member of the Oracle ERP Application and Development team and will work closely with end users, 3rd party consultants and project teams to develop complete solutions. Leading functional support for all Oracle HCM modules of 11i/R12 (HR, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, Compensation Workbench, OracleIncentive Compensation, Oracle Standard Benefits, Manager/Employee Self Service Applications, Performance Management).
