Role: ERP Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities:
Manages and aligns the business needs with global processes and implement these processes within the OneERP suite of applications. Conducts discovery of current business process being used by all Client DW business units.
Works with local users, One ERP team members, and local consultants to document any gaps in the global process
Defines discreet business requirements to satisfy identified gaps and/or new capability.
Develops and tests new system/processes functionality to address local needs
Works with local users, One ERP team members and IT to migrate data from legacy systems to the new Global ERP solution
Maintains software configuration to support global and local business processes
Partners with local users , and global process owners to standardize Client business processes to facilitate best practices in all Client Business units
Provides functional expertise regarding global processes and discipline
Recommends changes in business processes and changes in the ERP system
Identifies, documents and tests any changes in the functional processes and/or system during changes to the global processes
Ensures thorough acceptance test criteria exists and is executed by local and global users
Participates in users groups and steering committees, as assigned
Provides function/business segment specific training to local users to ensure they are familiar with the processes and system functionality,
Provides continual support to the users after Go-live in each location
Provides overall support to the One ERP team as system issues arise
Administers ongoing support
Qualifications:
College degree preferred or minimum of 10 years experience in industry
A proficient working knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing/services functional processes,
Demonstrate ability to capture business requirements and translate into functional system specifications
A demonstration of leadership ability and the ability to make sound business decisions
Must be good communicator, both oral and written
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time to international locations
