Candidates should have comprehensive working knowledge of two or more of the cloud infrastructures where we will be deploying our PaaS solution and their respective services and  capabilities (i.e. VM, RDBMS, NoSQL, object storage, block storage, networking, monitoring, logging, metering, IAM, etc).  This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work productively and harmoniously with BU technical teams.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, deploy, and operate cloud platform solutions (private, public, and hybrid)
• Automate enterprise application configuration and deployment models into new cloud platform solutions
• Evaluate and integrate new cloud platform solutions and components while maintaining high availability

Primary Technical Requirements:

• Integration experience with PaaS solutionsâ?? e.g. CloudFoundry, Kubernetes, etc.
• Development experience with toolsâ?? e.g. Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Docker, Warden/Garden, Python, Go
• Operations experience with cloud providersâ?? e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Helion, IBM, VMware, OpenStack
• Able to adopt the right new tools for the job at hand and able to optimize learning for productivity

Secondary Technical Requirements:

• Experience with web scale infrastructures
• Understanding of SOA and distributed software design
• Experience with enterprise web security models, architectures, and related concepts
• Experience with enterprise web access management products
• Experience with directory services such as Ldap / Active Directory
• Experience with authN / authZ, TFA, and single sign on concepts
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) technologies such as Jenkins
• Experience with SCM and version control systems such as Git, SVN, Perforce
• Experience with build related technologies such as Ant and Maven
• Experience developing in at least two languages in the set {Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Perl, JS)
• Experience with RHEL and other Linux variants, including performance tuning, hardening, package management
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and trending systems {Nagios, PagerDuty, NewRelic, ELK}
• Previous experience with Docker, CloudFoundry, or Kubernetes a big plus
• Previous experience with Big Data and/or transactional data stores a plus {Elastic Search, Cassandra, Redis}
