JobDescription:
A key member of the GIS ProgramManagement team supporting the Customer Service Business Group (CSBG)organization, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work with CSBG end usersand the GIS Enterprise Applications Integration/Development team to support thedevelopment of new solutions, as well as the sustaining of existingapplications.
Project Support
- Facilitating and documenting the definition of business requirements
- Architecting and analyzing solution options that meet business requirements and maximize business benefit
- Defining and documenting functional specifications
- Documenting technical specs for customizing solutions
- Gathering and providing GIS resource estimates
- Coordinating solution development
- Performing customizing tasks
- Performing unit and cycle testing
- Organizing and managing user acceptance testing
- Defining and managing cutover plan to transition solution to production state
�·        Performing customization changes, when necessary to correct the problem �·        Qualification Typically requires a minimum of 12years of related experience with a Bachelorâ??s degree or equivalent; or 9 yearsand a Masterâ??s degree  Requirements: �·        �·        Experience in WCM, ECM and Portal systems and architectures �·        Strong desire to learn
