Role: HRIS Analyst Location: Minneapolis,MN Qualifications College degree in Business, Human Resources or IT (or equivalent experience in a related field). 2-4 years of increasingly complex experience in PeopleSoft systems to include table set up for: payroll, base benefits, ben admin, administer workforce and advanced query writing. 1-2 years experience utilizing Kronos timekeeper system. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs. Ability to develop, accurately document and train on new applications and processes. Good understanding of all the functions within HR and knowledge of related laws and regulations. Effective oral, written, and listening communications skills. Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to make appropriate decisions, multi-tasking skills, independence and team skills. Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and follow through.
