Title - Cutover Manager Location - Ft. Worth, Texas Duration - 8+ Months Ideal consultant will have at least 10 years of Project Management / Cutover experience. Candidate MUST have experience working in the Lifesciences Industry Must have experience with GXP/CSV Must be very polished with excellent communication and client facing skills. Experience with managing the cut-over of the SAP rollouts during the pre golive and post golive phases of the project. Consultant would be working with the business closely to prepare the cut-over plan and execute the cut-over as per the plan. Job Duties: Works with Functional Leads to Identify required conversions Develops Data Conversion and Cutover Plans Ensures data mapping exercises are assigned to the right skilled personnel Works with the Development Lead to determine level of effort for conversions Coordinates with Functional Leads to have Functional Specifications prepared for conversions requiring development Coordinates with the Development Lead to have Technical Specifications prepared for conversions requiring development Identifies data cleansing needs and coordinates with Business Lead to accomplish the cleansing Coordinates with the Technical team to determine hardware infrastructure timing is included in the Cutover Plan Works with the Functional Leads to determine initial configuration steps needed in the Cutover Plan Coordinates with Functional Leads and Business Lead to ensure test conversions are properly validated Identifies timing for conversion execution to be included in the Cutover Plan needed for this project Oversees the trial runs of the cutover and validation of newly created environments Oversees the execution of the final cutover to production and validation of the system
