The PeopleSoft Identity Management Analyst-Technical is responsible for hands on development and integration efforts with current and developing Identity and Access Management solutions. This is an operational role primarily responsible for the deployment, configuration and ongoing administration of Identity management products on an enterprise scale. The PeopleSoft Identity Analyst will work with various project teams and operations team to ensure that Information Security Guidelines and standards are adhered to while meeting the requirements for the business. Essential Functions Identity Management Operations - Provide daily assistance to end users to translate business and user requirements into technical specifications - Ability to identify security issues and design and implement solutions fit for purpose ensuring effective deployment of the chosen technologies - Provide support during and after incidents that impact the business - Assist the IT Services team with routing issues to appropriate teams / maintain issue type / team mapping relationship - Work with the Corporate Governance and Security teams to perform account audits and provide permission reporting in response to audit requests Identity Management Integration - Assist IT Services and business to integrate selected applications into the identity management program - Work with business to enroll identities into the IAM solution - Support IAM strategies during application life-cycle and application suite changes - Implement role-based access control mappings and workflows for enterprise application suit PeopleSoft Security Operations
