Role: Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administrator Location: New York,NY ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provides first-level support for EnterpriseOne software and related systems and hardware throughout the corporate environment. Configures and maintains EnterpriseOne application, deployment, HTML and other servers required for an EnterpriseOne CNC implementation. Supports the EnterpriseOne network infrastructure, such as availability of the servers, security, printing support, inter-network connectivity, 3rd party application integration, and file sharing and transfer across all platforms. Protects the EnterpriseOne environments and data through the proper implementation, execution and maintenance of system security procedures, user profiles and group administration, and backup and disaster recovery plans. Maintains efficient EnterpriseOne server and client hardware and software operation through proper setup, issue detection and resolution. Implements EnterpriseOne Electronic Software Updates (ESUs), Software Action Requests (SARs), Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs), service packs, and other code changes. Using the Object Management Workbench (OMW), responsible for assembling, building, and deploying EnterpriseOne packages to all clients and servers. Ensures all EnterpriseOne-related databases are regularly maintained and optimized, including utilizing SQL for querying and updating tables as necessary. Responsible for documenting any known issues found with the EnterpriseOne application, and for communicating the identified solutions to the rest of the organization Desired Skills and Experience POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 7-10 years of experience / knowledge of IT technical support, network administration and business operations, including extensive experience in analysis, design, documentation, system audits, project/support management, industry best practices and/or standards. Experience with setting up and administering the EnterpriseOne application and database servers, as well as Microsoft Windows server operating systems. Experience with setting up and administering SQL-language database management systems such as Oracle 11g, Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2. Experience with setting up troubleshooting and deploying software over TCP/IP networks.
