Software Engineer: Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software used in local, networked, or Internet-related manufacturing systems. Performs business analysis, performs programming, testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Responsibilities:
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Analyze, design, program, debug, and releases software enhancements and/or new products used in MES (manufacturing execution system) and related manufacturing software systems.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Create or modify code free of defects to meet user requirements.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Understand the current manufacturing environment and system design by working with subject matter experts to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and implementation of effective solutions.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Periodically communicate progress of work to the IT Project Manager and business partners
Job Requirements:
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Experience with either Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL is mandatory.
- Experience maintaining and/or enhancing an existing MES system is highly desirable. Knowledge and experience with Camstar MES is a strong plus.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Competence with Visual Studio (VB.Netand/or ASP.Net) is valuable. Experience developing .NET web services, dynamic link libraries is helpful.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Excellent unit and integration testing skills.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
�??�?�¢?�??�?�¢ Must work on-site.
