Title: Data base Developer Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6+ months *No third party candidates considered for this position* Required Skills: Skills & Experience Required: 3-5 years minimum IT experience that includes; - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Database experience including understanding of SQL, Oracle/SQL server - Web service/Web application understanding and triage abilities - Software development/support methodologies and practices - Good working knowledge of desktop tools and techniques - End user/Business partner support and management skills Experience Preferred: Programming experience - IT Service Mangement(ITSM) - Networking experience - Working knowledge of Cloud architecture - Understanding of mobile device application architecture Education Required: B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field Job Description: Position Description: This person would be responsible for managing the production support of various applications related to Sync and Connected vehicles. This includes but is not limited to, understanding application functionality in order to provide business support, incident triage and resolution as well as problem management in a highly complex integrated environment. This person would also be responsible for providing off hours support for one week every 6 to 8 weeks from 5pm to 10pm
