Experience developing for content management / page publishing systems. Experience with leading process change. Experience evaluating tools, technologies, and process to best fit with existing practices. Solid experience integrating frontend code with Java technology stacks. Experience with automation tools to automate building of frontend assets. Working knowledge of frontend architectural topics (HTTP, Cookies, caching, web performance, scalability, security, third party integrations) Hands on experience with the following technologies: Web Technologies: JavaScript, Java, JSP, AJAX, HTML, XML, XSL, CSS. Version Control: Git, SVN OS: Linux/Unix Cloud services: EC2, CloudFront, S3, Akamai Experience working with Service Oriented Architectures. Experience creating technical documentation and training material. Experience leading technical change in a non-hierarchical environment. Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers. Takes initiative to find better/faster ways of achieving desired outcomes. Passionate for building & maintaining world-class products. Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adjust to technical and non-technical audiences.
