Role: Salesforce Administrator Location: San Jose,CA Searching for a CRM (Salesforce) Administrator who will be responsible for implementing, customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform in support of the Worldwide Sales Team. Perform, maintain, and evaluate workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, customer buttons/links, etc. Managed ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Ensure data security is enforced by the use of roles, profiles, and sharing rules Leverage comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com products and platform to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customized to business needs Staying current with Salesforce development best practices and initiating team training and adoption Qualifications A Bachelors degree in business, information technology, computer science or other related field is required. 2-5 years of experience in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on implementation, system support, maintenance and enhancement. (Salesforce Admin Certification, Not Required but a Plus) Ability to interact w/ Business users (including Executives and Technical Users) with the knowledge of the organizational culture, sales, and support processes, in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems. Experience in Data Integration and Data Management methods and tools. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
