SAP Lead Basis Administrator Loc: Cleveland, OH

Position Summary The Lead Basis Administrator will be responsible for the day to day technical systems support of all SAP systems at Forest City Enterprises. The administrator will handle the lifecycle management of the SAP systems - planning and executing installations, patches, and upgrades. This position is also responsible for performing system copies and working with the development and functional teams to promote changes through the SAP environments. This position needs to provide the highest level of technical expertise and consulting on the SAP systems to business process teams and IT staff. The Lead Basis Administrator will evaluate, direct and support SAP system enhancements and perform quality assurance functions. Researching and implementing solutions for administration functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, systems configurations, designs and implementation is also required. This position will work closely with systems analysts and other team members to implement business and IT requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions that are in alignment with technical design blueprints and business strategies. Education An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in computer science/engineering or related discipline is required. SAP Certified NetWeaver Administrator preferred. SAP Certified E2E Technology Associate desired Experience In addition to the education outlined above, at least 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server Administration. Also required 6-10 years experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration (ABAP + JAVA) Other Skills Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server Administration, Tomcat and Apache Administration, SAP BusinessObjects BI with Data Services and Information Steward.
