As part of the Global Information Systems organization, you will be a member of a team responsible for the technical administration and configuration of SharePoint 2013 at . Duties will include: creating, testing, promoting and implementing SharePoint based solutions, maintaining a SharePoint Template Library; developing and sustaining the creation of custom reports, developing and documenting SharePoint related procedures, testing, validating and documenting system functionality and performance, aiding in the configuration of the system and consulting with end users to help develop technical requirements and solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the expanded use of SharePoint by developing new projects and supporting the general development of Sharepoint at  and participate on cross-functional teams to support the use of SharePoint across the company.

 Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated system solutions

• Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems requirements and procedures that are cost effective, meet user requirements and consider data quality requirements

• Business process and analysis design support, to include business process re-engineering

• Assists in all aspects of project management: Planning (Blueprint and Spec), Designing (Technical Spec), Test Plans (User acceptance testing), Training/Documentation (Roll-out), Cut-over, and Project Closure (Post Mortem).

• Developing and documenting SharePoint related procedures, test plans and templates

• Plan and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to support  corporate initiatives

• Lead cross-functional efforts to address business or systems issues as required (E10+)

• Assist the business unit in troubleshooting and solving SharePoint related problems

• Perform testing related to SharePoint patches and upgrades

• Collaborate on preparation of training material and delivery of end user training

• Act as project manager on medium to large size projects

• Provide Business unit systems customer support





Qualification

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or similar technical degree and 5+ years of experience working in an engineering or IT organization at a high tech company.
• Experience using, configuring and developing SharePoint as an enterprise wide collaboration platform (SharePoint 2013 preferred). Specific training on SharePoint environment, BKM’s and templates will be provided.
• Experience participating on cross functional teams (CFTs).
• Some experience with programming languages (i.e.: Java, HTML, Visual Studio .NET) and creating logic diagrams is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills.
• Proficient at basic MS Office applications (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio)
• Experience with using ERP systems (i.e.: SAP) preferred
• Experience with business process re-engineering
