Educational level: B.S. Business Administration or equivalent
Special training or courses: Functionality/configuration (IMG) related to SAP, BI/BOBJ, reporting tools, dashboard tools, workflow. SAP modules like MM/PP, QM, SM, SD, (QIM is nice to have). Experience with other Quality Management tools is preferred.
Minimum technical skills required: SAP specific module knowledge >7years
Advanced knowledge of computer productivity applications (e.g. MS Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, .Net, MS Project, Visio, MS Word, and Excel).
Professional certification/licenses: SAP certification
Previous experience (type and amount): Experience participating in cross-functional IS projects.
Background experience in project management methodologies
Project implementation experience
Other essential qualifications: Problem solving skills to resolve issues across Business Unit applications especially in Quality Management; Excellent customer service skills; Able to work effectively as a member of a team; Able to work independently as needed ;Strong written and verbal communication skills.
