SAP Material Master Data & Bill of Material Specialist Creates and maintains Material Master Data, Bills of Materials and Routings in SAP. Participates in the new Product Development and Engineering Change process. Actively engages in cross functional communication to ensure timely Engineering Change releases. Essential Functions Receives input from Engineering Change Orders and enters data into SAP system. Obtains and analyzes information to verify completeness and accuracy of engineering data. Assists with Engineering Change coordination and follow-ups. Provides SAP data support for update of non-revision controlled Material Attributes as required by Supply Chain and Production Control groups Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor or Associates degree highly preferred. A minimum of four years work experience and/or training. Two years of SAP Material Master and Bill of Material experience required. High Level understanding of SAP Sales/Distribution and Logistics Modules. Detailed Skills Within Material Master Data (material creation, maintenance and mass-change) Bills of Material (BOM creation and maintenance) Production Planning (routings and component allocation) Table Look-up (SE16 query) Ensure accurate transfer of ECO / MCO Controlled Material Master, BOM and Routing Data from AGILE PLM to SAP ERP System. Two years of hands-on experience with PLM Software (Agile, Teamcenter, Windchill etc.) and SAP Data requirements. Proficiency in Windows operating system, including email and Microsoft Office software. High level of proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time.
