Responsibilities & Scope: The Technical Analyst will be responsible for service delivery in all aspects of technology in support of the Tech Arch Team. In this capacity, the SAP Technical Analyst will assume responsibility for the following: Hands on day to day technical support activities related to Technology projects for SAP. Manage and support cross domain interfaces and batch jobs. Support data archive tasks for SAP. Support test automation environment and tasks for SAP. Support Data Services environment for SAP. Participate in evaluating new technologies and support POCs. Knowledge & Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Basis/Tech Arch and various technical aspects of business systems and applications. Must have retail industry experience. Apparel experience will be a plus. Must have experience with background scheduling and integration at a global level. Experience with an enterprise scheduler will be a plus. Familiarity with ABAP code is a plus. Must have basic experience with EDI documents. Must be willing to progressively build technical/business/professional knowledge. Must be willing to accept new assignments as per the requirements of the technical domain. Must be willing to work with the group on extended or off hours to support critical business activities. Must be able to effectively interact within IT team and with all levels of users in the business. Must be able to lead presentations and conduct training sessions.
