Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or a business related field with 10 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Proven track record in configuring, customizing and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and 12i applications.
PMP and ITIL certifications will be a Plus
Hands-on Oracle e-business suite 11i and 12i solution design, development, implementation, and management experience.
Ability to work and manage effectively in a fast paced environment. Excellent analytical skills, time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task, ability to routinely make effective and timely decisions in alignment with departmental direction is required.
Experience managing a team of Functional and Technical specialists. Ability to Mentor and cross train team members and foster a healthy team environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure coordinated efforts and clear communication. Excellent written and oral presentation skills and preferably experience introducing organizational change. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex systems. Working knowledge of any specialized processes, legal requirements necessary to perform duties.
Ability to manage projects and to effectively work as part of a team on larger projects.
Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite 12i and 11i Technical foundation and application architecture.
Must have experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 12i Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, PA), iProcurement, iReceivables, and iPayables,
Must have experience with CRM Applications, Oracle Install Base, Service Contracts, Tele-Service, Advanced Pricing, Customer Online, CRM Foundation and TCA Customer Model.
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Tuning and using TOAD
Experience with Oracle Applications Technology foundation, design and development using tools Oracle Forms, reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Database and SQL loader.
Experience with Application Object Library (AOL), Concurrent Manager and Flex fields.
Experience with designing and developing CEMLIs (Configuration/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization and Integration).
Experience with OA Framework, 12i and 11i Forms Personalization, Oracle JDeveloper, and Self Service web forms.
Experience with SDLC and Possess application management in an Oracle Environment with at least one full life cycle oracle implementation in a functional or a techno-functional capacity.
Experience working with conversion and interfaces programs between Oracle 11i and legacy applications.
Experience with Database concepts, FTP process, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, and Web Services
Working knowledge of Oracle Applications APIs
Knowledge of Oracle Receivables and interfaces from CRM modules
Flexible, self-directed and motivated individual, able to accommodate to shifting priorities.
Project Management Experience and Project leadership skills including resource management, project planning and tracking, estimating, risk analysis, sponsor relations, status communication, problem identification and resolution
Experience with designing, configuring, developing, customizing and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite 12i financial and CRM application modules.
Understanding of Business Processes utilizing Oracle Application Flows across the E-Business suites.
