Job Description Lead the functional and technical SAP payroll testing and manage various ad hoc projects for Payroll. Provide subject matter expertise in the technical aspect of SAP. Develop system specifications, conduct due diligence for the testing of functional and technical upgrades, as well as client requests for new processes in SAP that impact Payroll processes. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP functionality. Assist payroll supervisor in oversight and management of staff deliverables. Provide oversight to the payroll operations team performing and supporting all system testing that impacts CATS and Payroll. Train payroll staff on SAP functionality and reporting. Manage various projects to ensure functional specifications are captured and implemented based on requirements. Respond to ad-hoc inquiries for SAP reports and provide analytics when needed. Required Qualifications, Competencies, Education Or Experience High School diploma Five or more years of experience working with SAP HR payroll and time management/administration in a functional and technical capacity. SAP technical knowledge a must. Large company automated payroll systems experience, working knowledge of benefit plans, state, local and federal payroll tax application, remittance, periodic filing and annual reporting.
