Contribute towards requirements gathering/feasibility/gap analysis/blue printing activities Input into Design and solution options Provide documentation in line with the existing standards in place. Deliver configuration as agreed and documented Data Migration: understands and can support/execute data cleansing and migration activities Testing: provide testing support and guidance during testing phases Contribute towards cutover planning process, Go Live activities and post go live support if applicable Good understanding of the business drivers for which their application is providing support Trained to be able to train others Ability to assess and correct application problems Have a sound understanding of customer service
