Requirements Background in statistical analysis, data mining, and multivariate data visualization for scientific data plus: - Expertise in engineering design optimization, design and analysis of computer experiments, robust design methods, and surrogate modeling methods preferable - Experience implementing and benchmarking at least one complex algorithm in any programming language (like C, C#, Java, and C++ but not Matlab, R, etc.) mandatory - Strong experience in at least one of Java, C++, C - JavaScript, C & FORTRAN are valuable - Experience in Data Visualization is valuable - Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis Concepts, CAE, CAD will be valuable - Proficiency in writing unit tests and test plans valuable - Must be an innovative team player and highly motivated - Must be self-directed in finding efficient and elegant solutions - Must have good written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits
