Your Responsibilities Function as test lead in an agile environment Create testing strategy and create and review all test cases and test plans Work closely with your project team to help develop a scalable and manageable testing framework Help define and implement scalable testing improvements and work closely with project team to ensure quality of services are 100% defect free Achieve delivery deadlines by ensuring they meet acceptable quality criteria that you will help establish working with the project team Detail oriented and can test software at every stage of development, whether it is critiquing designs or mockups, brainstorming acceptance criteria, or testing software Curious, continuously ask questions, make observations, and write detailed notes Assist in training of less experienced business analysts or new team members Remain current with the latest trends and industry best practices Desired Skills and Experience Your Qualifications B.S. in Computer Science or related field (Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, etc.) At least three years of software QA experience Experience implementing or working with Salesforce (preferred, however, not required) Possess Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (preferred, however, not required) Experience in an Agile software development environment Have experience with Selenium, Jira, Apex Ability to take a business requirements document, design prototypes, information architecture, data architecture, etc., and create a test plan that will ensure the tested application is production-ready Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Can support complex projects in a fast-paced environment What We Offer (Silverline & You) Medical & dental insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) Plan w/ Company match
