SAP Business Process Analyst - Inventory Management Loc: Holland, MI

We are currently looking for SAP Business Process Analyst (Super User) to support Inventory Management based in our Holland, MI facility. The Business Process Analyst I assists end-users acting as super user for the Inventory Management teams throughout our North American manufacturing facilities (located in Michigan, North Carolina and Mississippi by translating business requirements and work flow processes into technical requirements and specifications along with troubleshooting system and process issues. The position serves as a liaison and provides influence, coordination, and communication between business functional area(s) and Information Services (IS). This position will lead business groups through change management activities before, during, and after system deployments. Requires ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, on short notice up to 25% of time. Ability to support operations across a three-shift manufacturing model. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Engineering, Applied Management, Operations Management, Information Management. Six years of operational experience in supply chain business functions including procurement, warehouse management, inventory management or continuous improvement/error resolution. OR If no degree listed above, fourteen years operational experience in supply chain business functions including procurement, warehouse management, inventory management or continuous improvement/error resolution. Other Requirements Experience with tier 1 ERP or Warehouse Management systems. Experience in supply chain management from order management through customer delivery, including procurement strategies and supply chain analysis; leading continuous improvement activities to support corporate goals, and management of supplier quality delivery and service performance levels, Demonstrated successful organizational, project management, problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and cascade change through the functional area and organization. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication and written skills. Ability to build and maintain rapport and cooperative relationships with customers (internal/external) and suppliers and take appropriate action to meet their needs/concerns.
