The Sr HRIS Business Analyst

will lead and drive global implementation of new ApplicantTracking System (Recruiting solution) for client

As required, alsoparticipate and drive benchmark activities in selection of new and emergingapplication technologies, and function as an internal consultant providingguidance to the TA team on best practices Candidate will work in a high energy,collaborative environment that will offer opportunities to challenge oneselfand peers

Principle Accountabilities/Duties: Serve as the strategic HRIS leadfor the ATS implementation Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on thedevelopment of future road map for HRIS Recruiting in accordance with theOrganizations strategy Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisitionfunctional as well as regional leads and inter-departmental business partnersin gathering business requirements, analyzing them, performing gap analysis,providing solutions to getting new functionalities implemented Lead allApplicant Tracking and Recruiting related implementation projects, startingfrom planning, scoping out the project, understanding the complexities of eachand every moving pieces and managing them to successful completion Developsubject matter expertise on the current ATS landscape and processes as well ashow the system interacts with client HR system (Workday), and the flow ofdata between the two systems Drive continuous improvement & optimization ofcurrent processes within ATS Partner with vendors and HRIT group in thedevelopment, testing, and rollout of integrations and manage future changes andupgrades Manage the overall relationship with the ATS vendor and liaise withthe vendor on open issues/requested enhancements Set up custom reports, asnecessary, for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team i.e. internal datarequirements, annual and ad hoc reporting and development of dashboardreporting to support the need of global staffing metrics Establish standardoperating procedures and audit processes within the Applicant Tracking Systemto ensure processes are compliant and data integrity is maintained Keep up todate with the changes in the legal and regulatory requirements, and work withthe functional leads on any system changes or enhancements needed to supportsuch changes Facilitate team processes; write and review Unit Testing, UAT testplans and scripts as needed Job Requirements Minimum (MUST HAVE)Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 6 to 10 years experience preferred indesigning, building and implementing Applicant Tracking System or HR systemincluding business process design and user interface mapping, testing anddeployment Proficient working knowledge of general Human Resources includingfamiliarity with the following functional areas (Recruiting and Staffingprocesses, Compliance/ER, Org Development, Core HR) Demonstrated capacity forgathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, andsustainable business solutions. Excellent analytical and problem solving skillswith strong attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem solving skillswith strong attention to detail Strong Microsoft Projects/Excel/Power Pointskills Strong leadership to work as project leader to drive change and achievemulti-projects under pressure Excellent communication skills with solidinfluencing capability Passion to work independently, and strong desire toovercome challenges and results oriented
