Description:
• This role is for the SAP Hana Projects, Strategic Consulting, and Implementation. This team is responsible for SAP Hana related projects from business case study to POC. This team works very closely with the SAP End customer to identify business challenges and advise them on transformation opportunity with working POC implementation.

Required:
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and quick learner.
• Extensive business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience encompassing one or more engineering, technology, and product domains.
• Excellent programming and data manipulation skills – SQL.
• Strong conceptual design and analytical capabilities on complex data models.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
• Experience implementing data warehouse solutions; data integration and/ or extraction, transformation, and loading tools or services.
• Deep knowledge and experience of writing complex SQL Scripts, Procedures, Cursors and Triggers.
• Good hands on knowledge on SAP HANA suite of products
• Ability to take a problem and solve it independantly without dependency on others

Desired:
• SAP HANA certification desired
• Experience developing UI application on HTML5.0 with strong JavaScript and mockups.
• Hands-on HANA Architects/Developers who have experience in modeling scenarios in HANA Modeler and developing HANA SQL Scripts.
• Experience needed includes: - Ability to understand Business Scenarios and translate it into data models with business logic.
• Experience with SAP Business Intelligence Software such as SAP Business Warehouse, BW Accelerator, SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Xcelsius, Crystal Reports ), or Data Manipulation products such as SAP Data Services is essential.
• Strong experience working with end clients to help them meet their business needs through innovative solutions, business transformation.
• Experience with various aspects of HANA modeling including creating schemas and importing source system metadata, creating attributes, measures, hierarchies and developing Information Models with Attribute Views, Analytical Views and Calculation Views.
• Experience of HANA Replication Methods, Provisioning Data, Monitoring and Troubleshooting data loads in HANA environment.
• Previous exposure to BW or ETL tools such as Business Objects Data Services or Reporting tools like Business Objects BI or similar tools would be a plus.
• Experience with Terradata, Oracle, Greenplum environments a strong plus.
• Experience with R predictive modeling is desired.
• Willingness to travel – 60- 75%.

EDUCATION:
• College graduation / post-graduation or equivalent experience
