MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the creation of Nexteers Enterprise Data Model Establish a multi-functional network committed to the establishment of an Enterprise Data Model for Nexteer Define entities that comprise Nexteers Enterprise Master Data Establish systems of record and organizational stewardship for Enterprise Master Data entities Establish an Enterprise Data Dictionary Create a strategy and roadmap to implement Enterprise Master Data Management and enable enterprise-wide access to Master Data Lead the development of a Business Intelligence (BI) strategy for Nexteer Identify BI Pilot opportunities that demonstrate the power and value of BI for Nexteer Create a roadmap for advancing Nexteers BI capability that balances cost with value Identify BI tools and enabling technologies that fit Nexteers BI roadmap Identify and Lead projects to implement the BI strategy Be a catalyst for step improvements in enterprise reporting, decision support and analytics within Nexteer QUALIFICATIONS: DEGREE: Bachelors or Masters Degree MAJOR:Information Technology or related discipline Required: At least ten (10) years of Information Technology/Project Management experience Strong Data Management background and experiences Experience implementing BI tools High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others High level of oral and written communication skills Strong self-starting initiative and innovative attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
