Location: Salt Lake City, UT.
Duties: Work on complex enterprise applications. Work closely with a team of engineers and senior programmers to build highly reliable systems that handle extremely large loads without failure. Responsible for all phases of application development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and documentation. Mentor and assist other developers on technical issues and questions. Utilize experience in Java SE, Java EE, Object Oriented Design and programming, and Linux/Unix. Utilize experience in ORM tools, preferably Hibernate. Utilize experience with databases, preferably Oracle 10g or later. Utilize proficiency with IDE-based development, especially IntelliJ or Eclipse. Utilize experience using web presentation technologies such as JSP, JSF, Ajax, Jamon, Velocity, or Freemarker.
Requires: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent and five years prior experience in lieu of a master’s degree plus three years experience. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include three years prior experience in the use of Java SE, Object Oriented Design, and Eclipse.
