Responsibilities Lead by example by consistently meeting or exceeding adjusted monthly and quarterly team and individual goals Empower team to exceed all metrics by contributing to a team-oriented culture of achievement Provide real time guidance to team by answering their daily questions that come up Handle low level escalations and provide coaching on how to provide excellent customer service Motivate through 1:1 check ins with individuals or small groups Assist with ongoing coaching and training as well as training and mentoring of new hires Qualifications Relentlessly positive; disciplined; goal, team, and solutions-oriented mindset required Track record of achievement and leadership required Excellent communication skills High level of technical aptitude as well as experience in their assigned region Demonstrated customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to effectively manage complex processes. Ability to establish priorities, work independently proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM 1-3 years of construction related experience- solar PV preferred Knowledge of residential building electrical systems and NEC parameters
