Significant transformation opportunity to leverage your Oracle or other ERP Supply Chain Cloud Application skills. We have selected Oracle as a unified Finance, EPM, HR and SCM platform to modernize and streamline the Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources business processes and gain operational efficiencies across each line of business - Paper and Tobacco, Vape products and eCommerce and create a strategic platform for growth. The new platform will design an operating model inclusive of technology, organization and capabilities for future growth.

The Oracle Cloud WMS-Supply Chain Solutions Analyst will play a critical role in our move to the cloud. We are consolidating various legacy systems to the Oracle platform and need an experienced functional analyst to help lead us through this journey and drive the maximum level of standardization of business processes and technology across the entire corporation. This is a fantastic opportunity to design, configure and scale our processes based on best practices. If working remotely, approximately 20-25% travel to Louisville, KY will be required. This position does not initially have personnel management responsibilities. Individual will be responsible and lead all aspects of our Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Modules. The normal shift is 40 hours per week in an office location, with periodic extended hours, as needed. Other duties as assigned by Management.

The primary focus of this position is Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing with a good understanding of finance modules. This includes developing business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys, design, solutioning, configuration, testing and training. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Supply Chain Management

  • Bill of Materials & Routings, Capacity Planning

  • Functional knowledge of Accounts Payable

  • Forecasting, MRP & MPS, Inventory Management and Customer Service

  • Familiar with external integration to 3rd party applications

Warehouse Management System:

  • Inventory & Storage, Kitting, Lot Control/Serial No. Tracing

  • Familiar with Pick Wave and Pick/Pack/Ship/Manifest processes

  • Transportation, Yard Management and experience in 3PL, Warehouse Automation and Integration

  • Physical Inventory, Cycle Counts and Returns Management

Manufacturing System:

  • Lot Control/Serial No. Tracing, Scheduling and Capacity Management

  • Quality Inspection and Inventory Management

  • Experience in Manufacturing Automation and Integration

  • Tight integration with WMS

Essential Functions

  • Developing business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys, design, solutioning, configuration, testing and training, ideally within Oracle Cloud.

  • Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Control processes, including: requirements gathering and translation, analysis, documentation of functional and technical design specifications, testing/Conference Room Pilots, sign-off, training, and implementation.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring and deploying ERP solutions.

  • Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT as well as business stakeholders, and writing requirements, technical design and testing documents.

  • Understand, validate, and document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard Oracle functionality, design specification for developers as appropriate.

  • Participate in the support/analysis/resolution of critical production application issues to protect end users' ability to run the business.

  • Fully execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements/customizations, and patches.

  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training/demos/presentations as required.

  • Develop and maintain business process documentation in flowchart and narrative form as necessary to support compliance (External Audit, JSOX, International Trade).

  • Develop Reporting for Business owners and Management team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 3 years of hands-on Cloud WMS, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules experience working with a top tier cloud ERP provider.

  • Been through 1 full lifecycle of architect/build through deployment and support of Supply Chain ERP applications.

  • Responsible for being knowledgeable of and acting in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud WMS, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Modules.

  • Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of Processes and Configurations.

  • Planning skills that include: project coordination, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics, Module Reporting and Applications configuration and setup.

  • Experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining systems and procedures and the ability to research and apply knowledge of the Oracle Application to business needs within the organization.

  • Strong process orientation with proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, Oracle Configuration and implementation methodology.

  • Team player, results-focused, tenacious, multi-tasking problem solver, capable of complex thinking and analysis in a fast-paced and collaborate environment.

  • Experience with global companies, multi-language and currencies and multiple business segments.

  • Thorough understanding of Oracle design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Tobacco, Vape or other relevant Consumer Goods industry experience.
