Qualifications

Research requirements for any applicable Cyber Security Certification (ie

CMMC, NIST, TISAX)

â?¢

Bachelorâ??s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT or related STEM subject

â?¢

Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze and detect trends, issues or flaws; determine root case of issues; and partner with others to drive solutions

â?¢

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including report writing experience

â?¢

Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices

â?¢

The ability to think critically and innovatively about the security solutions that can keep data safe while still allowing a business to flourish

â?¢

Stay up to date with current news, techniques, seminars and trends

â?¢

Great awareness and knowledge of the latest trends and awareness of current hacking techniques and cybercrime trends

Responsibilities

â?¢

As Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible to work with our operations to ensure our software, hardware and overall systems are secured and protected from cyber-attacks

â?¢

Proactively verifying and improving the security of our computer systems

â?¢

You will need to be up to date on the latest methodologies, be meticulous in your problem solving, and at times, work well under pressure

â?¢

The Cyber Security Analyst, will be a core member of the Headquarter IT Team, with a focus on providing continuous advisement of the growing Cyber Security trends and risks

â?¢

Assist the VP, IT in executing an integrated, value-adding Cyber Security program via IT General Controls and Cyber Security Controls

â?¢

Analysis and recommendations of the information security program to ensure information security risks are identified and monitored

â?¢

Review of individual IT engagements including planning, performing and analyzing results using an integrated approach which concentrates on high risk areas, and review of both IT operational and cyber security controls

â?¢

Perform entity-level risk assessments based upon Cyber Security Controls

â?¢

Understand potential risk in processes and cyber security relating to each business unit

â?¢

Execution of the Cyber Review, including:

â?¢

Interact with local staff (whether internal and/or co-sourced) and management at all levels to understand the business

â?¢

Recommend programmatic and technical directions and operate with a high degree of independence in matters relating to the investigation, impact, and analysis of security incidents, decisions regarding risk, and measures for compliance

â?¢

Internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for the Global Amphenol information and technology systems

â?¢

Schedule and conduct detailed reviews of cyber security systems and infrastructures to verify systems are secure and support the related applications or business processes

â?¢

Validate the usage of Cyber Security solutions of the operations through vendor reporting as well as penetration testing

â?¢

Analyzing and reporting the results, including:

â?¢

Collaboration and recommendations of enterprise solutions which will improve the overall Cyber Security posture

â?¢

Prepare and present recommendations in areas of risk identified and recommendation to mitigate that risk

â?¢

Lead collaboration efforts across the operation

â?¢

Manage the cyber security findings log to ensure appropriate follow-up

â?¢

Escalate discrepancies directly to Corporate management to determine the reasonableness and appropriateness of remediation plans

â?¢

Develop project plans, work programs, evaluating system controls, documenting results, making recommendations, and communicating information to management

â?¢

Review the status of corrective actions taken to improve deficient conditions as generally recommended

â?¢

Conduct advanced penetration and vulnerability tests on company\'s system and identify any breaches or weaknesses in the security setup

â?¢

Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organizationâ??s data, systems and networks

â?¢

Troubleshooting problems associated to our security and network, including working with VP, IT with any system breaches

â?¢

Assist in building and maintaining a partner relationship with management to develop and maintain cost-effective, efficient systems of Cyber Security control
