As an SAP Basis Administrator
based in Morgan Hill, CA, you will perform the day to day support of existing
S/4 On Prem, HANA Cloud and related systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work support tickets from end
users and support team.
- Troubleshoot issues with jobs
scheduling, transport management, and printer administration.
- Perform configuration activities
in the basis space for new enhancement requests from business and support
teams.
- Performs complex analysis,
problem solving, implementation, and documentation
- This position will be reporting
to the IT Director based in Morgan Hill, CA
Requirements:
- BS degree in IT/IS/CSE or
equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of basis
administration experience, including installation and configuration in
both cloud and on prem environments.
- Ability to be on call and to
respond to emergency issues during off hours
- In-depth knowledge of SAP
NetWeaver, HANA, Gateway services.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud Azure
- Proficient in Linux and running
SAP on Linux
- Proficient in CHARM, SOLMON, SAP
BTP, CPI, SAC cloud offerings
