Responsibilities:

Execute and apply data governance policies, framework, and procedures.

Provide project deliveries for data governance decisions, while defining data sources for the new Enterprise Data Warehouse, including EHR data.

Interact with a variety of executives and stakeholders by facilitating meetings, taking meeting minutes, and follow through on actions by the Data Decision Team, Data Governance Council, data owners, data stewards, and other SMEs.

Communicate immensely with partner stakeholders and clients to implement the data governance framework and organizational layout, develop policies and policies, and apply those procedures into the client's process.

Requirements:

Experience with data integration, cloud-based data governance, metadata management, and data modeling

PMP Certification and VITA PMDP Certification (can be obtained during initial 2 weeks from starting)

Well versed in risk management

Expert problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience with vender management

Proficient in agile and waterfall project management techniques

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Desired:

Experience with data warehouse implementations, data analytics, procurement, data governance, data exchange, and Health IT projects.
